National Student Parent Month

National Student Parent Month celebrates the achievements, resilience, and contributions of students who are balancing college while raising children. Student parents bring valuable perspectives, determination, and life experience to our campuses, and they deserve support as they work toward their educational goals.

At Madison College, parenting students have access to resources designed to help them succeed, including family-friendly study spaces, affordable child care through the Early Learning Campus, lactation rooms, pregnancy-related accommodations through Title IX, flexible learning options, and financial support resources. Madison College has also earned the FamilyU Seal from Generation Hope in recognition of its commitment to supporting student parents and their families.
